I help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. I also enter and track data in sales databases and provide reports to the sales department. Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests. I work with our account managers to support and coordinate with our suppliers in speeding up timely delivery and smooth functioning of business.   • Deepak Kumar : Helpdesk/ Web and API Developer

    My role at Driven Digitally is to support customers with their Google Workspace Deployments . I help with Acronis Cyber Cloud Protect Deployments. I am your go to person for anything Freshworks and Software as a service. With years of experience in web development, I have gained expertise in a variety of programming languages using PHP, JavaScript, Dart(Flutter) and SQL Database services as well as popular frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue. I am also familiar with backend technologies like Node.js and databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
